Self-Pay Rates

Initial Evaluation (60 min) – $300
Follow-up Visits (20-45 min) – $140-$200
ADHD Diagnostic Testing for Children & Adults- $250

Payment is due at the time of service. Receipts and Superbills are available upon request.
