To maintain the highest quality of service, our practice is primarily Self-Pay. We are proud to offer prompt access to appointments, customized visit lengths, and telehealth options for your convenience.

Self-Pay Rates

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation-Adults: $350
Pre-payment is required to secure an appointment.

Note: If not paid in advance, the full billed rate may be up to $450, depending on the complexity and duration of the visit.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation-Children: $350
Pre-payment is required to secure an appointment.

Note: If not paid in advance, the full billed rate may be up to $450, depending on the complexity and duration of the visit.

Follow-Up Visit: from $150
Pre-payment is required before each appointment.

Note: The full billed rate may be up to $300 if not paid in advance, depending on the complexity and time required.

ADHD Diagnostic Evaluation (Children & Adults): $165
Includes standardized screening and written interpretation. Testing is not covered by insurance.
